Shipping Information

Shipping will be sent through USPS. Tracking number will be sent to each of our NOWARA customers once product has been sent. Give 2-3 business days for items to be shipped off.  Every order ships directly from Arkansas, and will be process within 3 business days of order date. 

 

Easy Returns, Exchanges, & Tracking

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for 100% money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling. You may not return purchased items that were on sale and/or purchased during flash sales (ie Cyber Monday), or when discount code is applied at checkout. Please email service at  and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Scarves must not have been used and in same original condition. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.  Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift-wrap charges. We will issue a full refund for the original purchase after we check the product.
